Health Benefits of Banana Stems

1- weight loss
Banana stems are filled with fiber, and they are no longer satisfying because they are filled. Due to good things, there is no place for junk food snacks.

2- Constipation

Banana stem helps with fibers and heartburn. Banana juice should be used as a fruit juice three times a week.

To prepare banana stems :

Clean the outer layer of banana and clean it well
Slice stem widthwise
Remove all soft fibers with the mouse finger
Soak the banana stem of cold salt or lime water for one hour.


Banana stem juice recipe

1- banana stem juice with lime

Ingrediants 

  • 1 cup chopped banana stalk
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ lime
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • Salt pinch (optional)


Process

1- Soak the banana stem in water and soften it for an hour.
2- Mix water and banana stems together
3- The fibers of the filament are separated by a mesh sieve or cheesecloth
4- Add lime, honey and salt
5-Well, add ice cubes, cool and serve

2- Banana fruit juice with apples

Ingrediants

  • 1 cup chopped banana stalk
  • 1 big apple
  • 1 cup water
  • If you like honey


Process

1- Soak banana stem in water and leave it for an hour.
2- Mix water and banana stems together
3- The fibers of the filament are separated by a mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
4- Add apple salad to sieve juice, or juice apple and apple juice
5- Add a few ice cubes and serve cool

Instead of removing soda water,  apples can be adapted to the recipe.
